The Mini-Rig and back-up system of competent drillers has been extensively used by Engineers acting on behalf of Insurance companies or Houseowners in establishing the cause of structural damage and the extent and type of repairs.
We undertake hand dug trial pits to expose existing foundatins and arrange laboratory tests where appropriate.
Mini Soil Surveys drillers are aware, by training and experience, of the particular difficulties associated with subsidence investigations. In addition to their technical
expertise they ensure that the least possible disturbance is caused to both property and the occupants and that the site is cleanly and properly reinstated on completion.
